NAME:THY'LEK SHRAN
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:ANDORIAN
RANK:COMMANDER
SUMMARY:Shran's first contact with humans — who, like most Andorians, he refers
to as "pink-skins" — came in 2151, when Shran led a commando team in a raid on the Vulcan monastery at P'Jem Shran and
his people were convinced that the Vulcans were secretly using P'Jem to spy on the Andorians — a suspicion which later
proved true when Captain Jonathan Archer exposed a secret Vulcan listening post at the monastery. Shran was indebted to Archer
for this, and later returned the favor by rescuing Archer and his officers from a terrorist attack on the world of Coridan.Shran,
like most Andorians, did not trust Vulcans, believing them to be duplicitous and sneaky. Shran and his team led an attempt
to reclaim the planet Weytahn, which the Andorians had colonized but which the Vulcans also claimed as their own. Captain
Archer was the only person whom Shran felt he could trust to mediate the dispute.Later, Shran repaid this debt as well, by
leading his starship into the Delphic Expanse to help Archer and his crew steal a prototype super-weapon constructed by the
Xindi. However, Shran had his own agenda - his superiors had ordered him to steal the prototype and claim it for Andoria.
Shran obeyed, but when his military tried to bestow a medal upon him, Shran angrily refused, regretting the fact that he had
been forced to double-cross a trusted ally. Shran later returned to aid Archer and Earth by helping to destroy the real Xindi
superweapon before it could do the same to Earth.

NAME:BORG QUEEN
GENDER:FEMALE
SPECIES:BORG
RANK:HIVE QUEEN
SUMMARY:The Borg are an amalgam of humanoids of many
different species that are enhanced with implanted cybernetics, giving them improved mental and physical abilities. The name
Borg is short for cyborg (cybernetic organism). The Borg function as automata; the minds of all Borg drones
are connected via implants and networks to a hive mind, the Borg Collective, personified by the Borg Queen and controlled
from a central hub, Unimatrix One. The Borg claim to only seek to "improve the quality of life for all species" by integrating
organic and synthetic components in their quest for perfection. To this end, they travel the galaxy, increasing their numbers
and advancing by "assimilating" other species and their technologies, and subjugating captured individuals by injecting them
with nanoprobes and surgically implanting prostheses, quickly changing their biological anatomy. In 2366-7, Captain Picard
was captured and assimilated by the Borg to become Locutus of Borg. By using Picard's knowledge of Federation technology and
strategy, a single Borg cube destroyed a fleet of 39 Starfleet vessels at the Battle of Wolf 359 and proceeded toward Federation
Sector 001, Earth, with the goal of assimilating the entire planet. The Federation regards this battle as one of the worst
military defeats in its history. In the process, however, the Enterprise-D used an emergency maneuver to capture Locutus.
Data, with the help of Troi and Dr. Crusher, managed to tap into the Borg collective consciousness to which Picard/Locutus
was connected. Their last-ditch actions managed to allow Picard to reveal to Data the idea of putting the Borg to "sleep",
or renewing their regeneration cycle. This caused the invading cube to go quiescent and, due to the unbalanced distribution
of ship-wide energies, the cube self-destructed in Earth orbit. The Enterprise crew later managed to remove most of the Borg
implants from Picard.
NAME:ELIM DUKAT
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:CARDASSIAN
RANK:PREFECT/GUL
SUMMARY:Dukat, S.G. was a military officer who served as Prefect of bajor in the
final years of the Bajoran ocupation. As the last person to hold the position, Dukat lost favor with Cardassian central command
and fell into a downward spiral for several years. However, he became ruler of the Cardassian Union overnight after he negotiated
Cardassia's entry into the Dominion. Following his defeat in operation return he became a disciple of the Pah-wraiths and,
along with Kai Winn Adammi, attempted to release them into the Bajoran wormhole. Dukat was imprisoned in the Fire Caves with
the Pah-wraiths after a fateful confrontation with the Emissarry of the Prophets
NAME:QUARK
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:FERENGI
OCCUPATION:BARKEEP DS9
SUMMMARY:Quark was born on Ferenginar,. Like all good Ferengi children, Quark idolised
his father, who tended to blame all his financial failures on his domineering wife. As a result, Quark grew to loathe his
mother, while his brother Rom, always a more compassionate sort, tended to take her side. Quark left his home quicky upon
achieving the Age of Ascension. Prior to opening his bar on Terok Nor, Quark served as an apprentice for a Sub Nagus, and
apparently was set for a golden future in the Ferengi business world. Unfortunately, he forgot Rule of Aquisition no. 112:
Never have sex with the boss's sister. Disgraced, he was fired and had to start again from scratch. At some point, Quark served
for eight years as a cook aboard a Ferengi freighter. Despite being a cook, Quark commonly carried a disruptor pistol with
him at all times, because every member of the crew thought himself a food critic. Quark was best known as the owner and barkeep
of Quarks bar, grill ,gaming & holosuitearcade (better known simply as "Quark's"), located on the promenade of what would
become starbase DS9 in 2369. In this job, he was assisted by his brother Rom. While on Terok Nor during the Cardassian Occupation,
Quark, though Ferengi customs frowned upon it, was somewhat sympathetic to the Bajorans, selling food to them cheaply, and
on occasion, was willing to furnish alibis, for a small fee, of course. Quark was considering closing his bar and leaving
the station following the departure of the Cardassians and the station's occupation by the Federation. However, the station's
new commander, Benjamin Sisko, coerced him into staying and keeping his bar establishment open, essentially blackmailing him
with the fact that his nephew, Nog, was incarcerated aboard the station at that time

NAME:ODO
GENDER:N/A
SPECIES:FOUNDER
RANK:CHEIF OF SECURITY DS9
SUMMARY:The Founders were a group of Changelings from
the Gamma Quadrant. Though generally considered mythical, they were the ruling force behind the Dominion "The Jem'Hadar"At
one time the Founders were a peaceful, curious race that explored the Galaxy. Unfortunately, their overtures of peaceful cooperation
were met with violent rejection and persecution. As an adverse reaction to being hunted and rejected, they accepted the pejorative
Changeling as their own and retreated to a rogue planet. They then determined that, in order to be safe, they must set themselves
the task of creating order from the chaos they saw around them. Chaos was dangerous as it would allow the persecution to arise
once more. Therefore they must have order but this was an order that they controlled, for their benefit and only incidentally
for the benefit of the solids. Once they consolidated their control they sent out a number of their kind across the galaxy to learn
more about any other solids. The two most noteable of these lookouts were later known as Odo and Laas. The mission of the
lookouts was to learn as much as possible about the solids in their area, and report back.the Founders
lead a vast Empire, with the assistance of two genetically engineered species, the Vorta, to whom they leave the day-to-day
work, and the Jem'Hadar, to whom they leave most military matters. Both species consider the Founders to be gods.
ODO was found adrift in his natural gelatinous state in the Denorios
belt in the Bajor system in 2337. In 2356, he was brought to the
Bajoran Institute for Science to be studied by Doctor Mora Pol.When Odo left Dr. Mora's institute, he did not leave on good
terms. He resented some of the methods Dr. Mora had used on him, and blamed him for not realizing that he was sentientAt some
point during the occupation, Odo arrived on Terok Nor. He often settled disputes between the Bajoran workers on the station.
In 2365, Odo was recruited by Gul Dukat to investigate the murder of a Bajoran collaborator. Among his chief suspects was
Kira Nerys. Odo was able to discover that she was a Bajoran resistance fighter. He, at that time, lied to Dukat and did not
reveal her identity. He discovered in 2370 that she was indeed the murderer. In their initial encounter, Kira sardonically
called Odo "Constable", a term she later adopted as a term of affection, and which eventually fell into common use as an unofficial
title Odo continued working for the Cardassians, eventually becoming Chief of Security. In this new role, he was forced to
walk a very fine line between doing the right thing and obeying his superiors. He retained this post after the withdrawal of
the Cardassian forces, when the station fell under Federation administration and was renamed Deep Space 9 At first Odo and
Sisko did not see eye to eye on how station security should be handled, but eventually they became close associates.
NAME:GHARDILAR
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:GORN
RANK:COMMMANDER
SUMMARY:The
Gorns are three reptilian races from three planets who are of such similiarity that they must have all had a common progenerator.
This, and evidence from the biologically similar Paravians, has led some to postulate 'seeding' by an ancient 'Lizard Kings' race
millinia ago. First contact came when the Grey
Scales of Ghdar developed interstellar travel, and soon discovered the Green Scales and Brown Scales on Geydar and Gihdahr.
While these others had not developed to insterstellar travel, it was clear that they were all related. The Gorn are a large race, standing taller and massing more than the
average human (and even the Kzinti). While they are not a particularly 'aggressive' race, they are quite capable of fighting
back on even terms. The marines of the Gorn fleet are justifiably respected by most races of the Alpha Octant
NAME:KUDAKETAN
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:JEM'HADAR
RANK:INFANTRY
SUMMARY:Jem'Hadar are the shock troops of the powerful
Dominion located in the Gamma Quadrant. Genetically engineered for strength and resolve, they are also short-lived and believe
that "victory is life." They are bred to perceive the Founders, enigmatic shape-shifters who rule the massive Dominion, as
gods and are incapable of harming them. The Jem'Hadar's numbers are unknown, but they are produced by the thousands as needed
within 3 days via genetic incubation & are controlled by the narcotic ketrocel white.
NAME:KRUGE
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:KLINGON
RANK:COMMANDER

antagonists in Star Trek(TOS) and later became the uneasy allies of the United
Federation of Planets. They were introduced in the episode
Errand of Mercy.kruge pictured was responsible for the
conflict in the latter half of the 23rd century against captain James Kirk.kirk subsequently went on to distrust klingons
in general after kruge had his son david executed in cold blood
NAME:MALCOLM REED
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:HUMAN
RANK:LIEUTENANT
SUMMARY: Loque'eque,Species that lost the ability to reproduce centuries ago. In
an effort to preserve their once-flourishing society, the Loque'eque created a mutagenic virus that transformed other species
into their own in order to prevent extinction. When infected, individuals experienced an overwhelming urge to return to the
Loque'eque's home city, Urquat. Captain Archer, Lieutenant Reed and Ensign Sato were all infected with this virus when they
visited the Loque'eque homeworld. Luckily, Dr. Phlox managed to synthesize an antidote.
NAME:GENAGO
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:MONEAN
RANK:AMBASSADOR
SUMMARY:A race of people on a planet that is comprised
entirely of water. The Moneans live inside modules and engage in deep-sea mining for food and oxygen. However, their activities
cause an ancient computer to decay, threatening the loss of containment that keeps the "ocean" from scattering into space.
Tom Paris violates the Prime Directive in trying to help the Moneans, which results in Captain Janeway reducing him in rank
from lieutenant to ensign.

NAME:Q
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:Q-CONTINUAM
RANK:NONE
SUMMARY:Q is a highly powerful entity from
a race of beings also known as the Q. & has appeared to the crews of several Starfleet vessels and outposts during the
2360s and 2370s He almost always appears in the uniform of a Starfleet captain. In every appearance he has demonstrated
superior capabilities, but also a mind-set that seems quite unlike what Federation scientists expect for such a powerful being.
He has been described, in turn, as "obnoxious," "interfering," and a "pest". However, underneath his acerbic attitude, there
seems to be a hidden agenda to Q's visits that seem to have the best interests of Humanity at their core — although
this opinion cannot be directly proven. On a planet called Brax, he was referred to as "The God of Lies".He was first encountered
by the Federation when he appeared aboard the USS Enterprise-D in early 2364. He warned the crew of the Enterprise
that Humanity should return to their home solar system or be destroyed, and when he encountered resistance, he placed Humanity
on trial with Jean-Luc Picard and his command crew as representatives. He accused Humanity of being a "dangerous, savage child-race."
Picard managed to strike a deal with Q, however, and submitted to a test of conduct to prove that Humanity had evolved beyond
its previously savage state. The Enterprise's mission to Farpoint
Station served as this test. When the Starfleet crew sufficiently proved their evolved state of being by discovering and assisting
a shapeshifting alien that had been coerced by the Bandi to take the form of a starbase, Q disappeared. But continued to appear
in episodes of TNG,VOYAGER & DS9
NAME:DONATRA
GENDER:FEMALE
SPECIES:ROMULAN
RANK:COMMANDER ROMULAN STAR EMPIRE
SUMMARY:Although Romulans had traditionally been paranoid of the federation
since the treaty of algeron & aggressive towards anyone in their territory,a turning point is made in alliances during
a time of unrest between the planets Romulus & Remus. When
we first meet Donatra, she is a willing participant in the coup led by Shinzon. She and the rest of the Romulan military,
believing that Shinzon is qualified to lead the Empire, make it possible for him to assassinate the entire Romulan Imperial
Senate. However, Donatra (along with the rest of the fleet) quickly grows disillusioned with Shinzon, realizing that his promises
are empty and that Shinzon's folly may lead the entire Romulan race to ruin. When Shinzon makes it clear that he intends to
attack Earth, Donatra abandons him, not wanting her family to be cursed for generations with blood on their hands. Donatra
and the Valdore come to the aid of the crew of the USS Enterprise-E and help them destroy Shinzon and his ship.During the
attack both the Valdore and the Enterprise are severely damaged, but they are ultimately successful in stopping Shinzon. Donatra
resolves to share a drink of Romulan ale with Captain Jean-Luc Picard as a gesture of friendship. Donatra, grateful for Picard's
aid, tells him that "You have made a friend in the Romulan Empire today, Captain... hopefully, the first of many." Donatra
and the Valdore crew dispatch shuttles, doctors and medical supplies to Enterprise to assist in treating its wounded.
NAME:SILLIK
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:SULIBAN
RANK:COMMANDER
SUMMARY:Humanoid species. Their distinguishing physical characteristic is their mottled, greenish-tinted skin. The
Suliban are originally from Sector 3641, but their homeworld became unhabitable around the Earth year of 1851, and most
of them became nomadic.
One faction
of Suliban are members of the Cabal, an organization of soldiers somehow involved with the Temporal Cold War. The Cabal takes
its orders from the future, and in exchange, are able to alter their DNA and restructure their skeletons,
giving them unique chameleon-like, shapeshifting abilities and enhanced senses. The Cabal has caused
trouble for some civilian Suliban who have assimilated into other cultures. For example, one group of peaceful Suliban was
detained at a Tandaran internment camp.
NAME:?
GENDER:?
SPECIES:THOLIAN
RANK:TROOP
SUMMARY:A highly advanced sentient — apparently
crystalline species, non-humanoid in appearance and extremely territorial in disposition. They hail from a hot planet by human
standards, probably not Class-M. Together, two Tholian ships can literally spin a web of energy in space in order to trap
an enemy vessel, after which the web is then drawn together, constricting and finally destroying the vessel inside. On stardate
5693.2, the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 made first contact with this species. Tholians are a hive-mind and known for their
punctuality. One of the independent border races that could have been dragged into a Klingon civil war, due to their proximity.
During a period of renewed conflict with the United Federation of Planets (UFP) in 2253, they attacked a starbase and killed
the entire complement — except civilian advisor Kyle Riker, who refused to give up survival. In a battle simulation
during his Academy days, Riker figured out the sensory blind spot of a Tholian ship and hid there. Tensions have eased enough
for the Tholians to send an ambassador to space station Deep Space Nine.
NAME:SPOCK
GENDER:MALE
SPECIES:VULCAN
RANK:STARFLEET CAPTAIN
SUMMARY:Spock was born in 2232 in the city of Shi'Kahr on the planet Vulcan. His
mother was Amanda Grayson a Human school teacher, and his father, Sarek, was a Vulcan scientist and diplomat. For a time, Spock grew up alongside his half-brother, Sybok (the son of Sarek from a
previous mate), until Sybok's ostracism for rejecting Vulcan principles of logicSpock's mixed parentage caused difficulties throughout his early life. His own father, who married a Human woman, was
somewhat ambivalent about his child's Human nature at his birth. For her part, Amanda watched Spock's stiff-lipped anguish
caused by torment at the hands of other Vulcan children, knowing that his "human half" was suffering.Sarek gave his son his first lessons in computers, setting him on the path of a scientific career.
Against his father's wish that he complete his instruction at the Vulcan Science Academy in the family tradition, Spock expressed his desire to join Starfleet. The argument
came to a head in 2249 with Spock's final decision, causing a rift that kept them from speaking to each other for eighteen
yearsSpock was commissioned as a Starfleet officer in the early 2250s with
the serial number S 179-276 SP, and held an A7 computer expert classification. By 2254 he was assigned to the USS Enterprise
The starship and her namesake would be his home for nearly forty years until 2293.
